Printmaking and Drawing Workshops

Would you like to try your hand at traditional printmaking at a unique York venue? PICA Studios is an artist led collective of over 20 artists, makers and writers housed in an 18th century printworks right in the centre of York. Lesley is offering half day or full day workshops exploring the traditional print technique of drypoint etching, using a Hawthorn etching press.

Lesley also occasionally teaches drawing workshops, including clothed full figure drawing, portraiture and still life.

If you fancy a combination of drawing and printmaking, then an Introduction to Trace Monoprint could be for you.

All workshops are limited to 4 or 5 students to ensure individual attention, so book soon to guarantee your place.

Half day workshops cost £50 per person, and full day £85. All workshops are suitable for all levels.

Full materials are provided for all workshops, including refreshments.
